Isaiah 61:1,2 says, The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek, He hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and the opening of the prison to them that are bound: to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord. 

To be a minister of the gospel is to be a servant to all. When any one person would just be willing and available, then God will take that gift and talent that He has given to that person and use it to deliver man out of the bondages of sin. It is important to know that when we meet in glory that Jesus will reward us all, equally, according to our works, (no matter how great or small our works seem to be to us) and that degrees of rewards will be given out according to the level of love and relationship that we have had with Jesus while here on this earth. I Corinthians 13:1 says, though I speak (or even sing for that matter) with the tongues of men and of angels and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass or a tinkling cymbal. Though we may be willing and available, if our motivation is not love, love for the church which, is the body of Christ, love for the lost, who God so loved that He gave his only Son to die for , and love for Jesus, who loved us while we were yet his enemies................... then it has all been in vain.
